Bob is a former Associate Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court, where he served for eight years before returning to practice law in the Firm’s Litigation Group. As chair of the Firm’s Litigation Group, Bob’s practice focuses on complex litigation, government investigations, and arbitration matters across a broad range of dispute areas for individuals, businesses, employers and governmental entities.
